Refund & Return Policy

At AARVI Enterprises, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in designing and delivering high-quality imitation jewellery. However, we understand that there may be rare occasions when you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for your convenience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.

  • The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, personalized/custom jewellery, and sale/discounted items are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and supporting photos (if applicable).

  • Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

  • The customer is responsible for safely packaging the product to avoid any damage during transit.

3. Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • In the case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as mutually agreed.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may also choose to receive a replacement item (subject to stock availability). If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
